Shops we loved were Salman Art Shop, Jln Sahadewa No15b.We always dealt with Budi not his boss he is a lovely guy.The paintings here are better quality than most so you pay a little more. It is located near Indo National. We got 5 Paintings all up which i made poor hubby put up they day after we got home. Problem was his carpentry skills weren't quiet as good as the balinese. His frames are all a bit wonky but not too bad. I'm sure that next time there is an easier way to do it. Any ideas from you guys? How do you make your frames for he canvas?

Another great art shop on the cheaper side is Mr Big. He is located on Jln Melasti just past Jln Sahadewa. Very cheap prices.

We always bought our bags from Tailor 234 House of leather on Jln Sahadewa. They had the better quality luis vuitton Bags and chanel etc. We paid 25,000 for purse, 40,000 wallet and 75,000 for the bags- larger ones.

Loved loved loved Geneva. We bought table runners, place mats, lamps ( which i'm currently using as vases. Does anyone know where you can buy like a light globe on the cord??? Looked every where bunnings ikea and no luck. We got a gorgeous statue which had a few holes so they took it downstairs sanded it and painted the bottom for me.

All DVD's were from Sakura or Star disc in Jln Legian near kuta lagoon. No problems so far. We bought about 200DVD's.

Tailor i have used last 4 times is Jennnifer Tailor again in Jln Sahadea. He is exceptionally cheap and quick. I had a 3 floor length dress's made for a wedding for 150,000each it was made in three days.

A great driver was Jimmy Gorgeous. When walking along Melasti from Legian he is located on the right hand side about 5 mins down. YOu will meet Jimmy Ugly who will book Jimmy Gorgeous for you. He charges 275,000 1 day, 200,000 1/2 day. A percentage of his profits go to a poor village in Singaraja. He also does a free magic show for you which is great for the kids. If you would like to see his village Singaraja and the poor schools etc he will take you for free. His cntact details are 08123807786 424589.

We bought all clothes from Jangi shop dealing with Made. He is fixed price. As soon as you enter the shop he rushes off gets you some water and a stool and is not very pushy. We paid Singlet 15,000, Hats 15,000 Thongs 35,000 Sneakers 70,000 Jean shorts 60,000, Socks 50,000, Sunnies 15,000 watches 25,000 earings 3 for 10,000, braclet 4,000. If he dosen't have what u want he will go get it and bring it back for u.

Restaurants we loved were legends,Bali aussie, Legian Garden, Indo National. We particually loved Legends. Every night they had entertainment. Elvis, michael Jackson impersonators, bands it was great.

We took a photo over of my nana and pop and their dog and we had it painted on canvas and it looks exactly like the photo. It is a bout 600x600 and cost about 70 dollars. But is definately worth they money. It is located at Jl legian 350 A. Last year i had them make a bedspread cover with my husband and my picture on it and it was fabulous. It was queen size for only $100 and they roll them up so small it fits in your case.

Any question pls ask.
