You must ask the questions if planted on her in Australia, where was or could it be done and for what reason? hardly have some mysterious person doing it here in the hope it got through and have someone waiting outside the airport in Bali saying hey he have my pot in your bag thanks can I have it.
The other so-called possibility someone Indonesian tampered with her bag between the plane and the pick up belt,....again, why so much and for what purpose,.. sorry I can't see anyway a person would put 4kg in a vacuum seal bag just to have her busted with it.
Her sister lives with a Balinese, very good chance he had a connection at the Bali airport that would insure it got through and something went wrong,... maybe he was on a Nasi break.
I think the vacuum seal bag that it was in obviously to reduce the size so it was not obvious, was a dead give away,.... if it was a set up they could have just spread a small amount around the bag for the same result.
