After reading a few recent posts on here, I realised that I'm not really sure why some establishments slug you with this 21% tax and others don't. It's fair to say that the ones who don't may have it "hidden" in their menu prices, but I'm not buying that, as I found that it was usually only charged at places that were on the more pricey side anyway.
Does anybody know the real story?
