Whats still available. It seems lots of Hotels are booked out for August/Sept.
I think I would suggest that both Jayakarta and Puri Raja are oldish and maybe a little outdated, but it also gets down to what you are prepared to spend. Balinese Hotels seem to date and age very quickly, due to the humidity etc. Both Hotels are very popular though and many people return to both.
The Niksoma is in the same area and very new.
I expect the new section of the melasti Beach Resort would meet your needs but maybe also fully booked.
