Can anyone please tell me why hotel intan seminyak is getting some bad reviews on this forum. We are planning on spending 16nights there in Sept/Oct school hols. If anyone has information why we should not stay there or has a better suggestion please let me know. We are 4 adults and my active 12 year old son. Our preference is to be right on a surf beach suitable for boady boarding. Is the beach O.K. for this and safe enough for a 12 year old accompanied by a couple of 'wasa' surfers. Us girls like the idea of the swim-up pool bar and the so called well equippted gym/step classes etc just to balance things out. Games room and tennis is also attractive to us all. Have toured Bali may times in the past, years ago and just want to relax in one place where there are not too many hawkers and that price-wise is middle range. Also the plans for the new pool and pool-side family suites really grab our attention but we are still trying to find out if they have been built yet? Please help!
