I stayed there for 2 weeks June/July just gone and I highly recommend this hotel. I thought is was great for a budget hotel. Very good for kids & teenagers. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was lovely , always clean and the people were friendly... Our breakfast was the same every morning, eggs, eggs and more eggs , but you could have them in 3 different styles, so I didn't complain , I thought it was good, at least it was food, you could also have Bali breakfast instead, noodles or rice...It was a very peaceful hotel, very nice to sit by the pool at night and have a few drinks, while the kids all got together and played pool or table tennis, and the occasional 'BB Gun' shoot out, but hey 'that's life' the kids had fun...including my teenagers...The staff were friendly, a few mix-ups, but alot of the staff were trainees, so they did well, and there memories got a bit mixed up when they forgot if you had paid for a meal or not...The towels at the pool were always clean, sometimes they run out, but it didn't bother me....They always cleaned your rooms everyday, and left them with lovely flower arrangements with your towells on the beds. Try not to use the stuff in the mini bars, cause they check every day when they clean your room , they charge heaps for the cool drinks etc. When we got there, we emptied our fridge and stuck them in the wardrobe, and stocked up from the mini market around the corner,, so much cheaper....We had sad news that two of the hotel employers, one room boy and one waiter had drowned last week at the kuta beach from the 'rips' , so that was so sad, they were lovely kids and so young....so make sure you keep a eye out for you children when they go swimming at the beach. The lifeguards are excellent there, but make sure you swim within the flags....It's best to eat out , at other restuarant, cause the hotels are quite pricey...and when you do order food from the hotel, make sure you pay as you order, otherwise you get a big shocking bill at the end of your stay....I cant pick any faults with this hotel,, maybe a few with mixups with the food orders but nothing that bad to complain about, my next holiday will be back at the same hotel.... I loved it... I've stayed at dearer places, but this is my favourite.....
