yes I knew that was the cause too - but it was unbelievable that they would make the pretty towel shapes on 3 beds and leave the 4th empty....... obviously there would be a spare towel from room 80 - but never occured for them to put it in the room, so we did end having to ask each day.... but as we both know it wasnt only the room guys who got confused by our move, the hotel forgot about the move and the room service bill too!!!
At least they had rooms for us!!! not like other people have experienced!!
