happened to. They had our 3 rooms but one of them wasnt ready until 6.30 that night. They seem to try and run at 100% occupancy and dont quite have the organisational skills to keep up with it, in comparison to other hotels like the Green Garden who answer all emails quickly and can speak/write well in English. Camplung Mas really need someone to take over their bookings area who has these skills before the tour operators drop them - as I imagine they will have quite a few complaints similar to your experience.
I try to rate hotels realistically so others are prepared about what to expect, as there are good and bad points from every hotel. On the good side the rooms were big and they had good presentation both in the grounds and with the little towel arrangements etc... the pool area and atmosphere was really good. Their organisation and meals were their weakness in my opinion. For a budget hotel - its a good find.
However as Suzy mentioned lots of their workers seem to be trainees or school children, so lots get lost in translation.... but if they just had a few more good operators in their office I think it would be even better.
