What Tours to Take?

So many sights to see, so little time...

Please help me decide on where to go and what to do. I will stay for just 5 days total in Bali. Actually, just 3 full days plus the day that I fly in and the day that I fly out.

Which of the following tours must I not miss?

Kintamani/Volcano Tour
Besakih/Mother Temple Tour
Bedugul/Monkey Forest Tour
Uluwatu Sunset Tour

Is it really recommended that I joing a tour or should I just go alone? Also, where can I watch the Barong and Kecak dances?
