These are all great places to visit and I hope you have a great trip.
You should be able to do a combination of these trips in one day. As you have a limited amount of time, that could be your best bet. If you want to do more, you should take at least a day off in between each trip you do. As for doing it alone, this should not be a problem, as long as you get the right guy to take you you cn have a really great time by yourself.
