The other tours you mention are really full days and you really don't have the time. I would definitely to to Ulawatu, that way you see a temple with magnificent views and plenty of monkeys too, get a guide to take you around the temple and he will watch out for the naughty monkeys for you. At sunset they also have the Kecak dance, I think it starts at 5.30, so I would get up there around 4.30. I would hire a driver for half the day and have a look at Dreamland Beach and the surfers at Ulawatu on the way to the temple. This should cost you 150,000 rp.
