going to bali in may!

im travellng to bali in the may, would like some suggestions on where to stay & what to do. travelling alone & would like to chill out on a nice beach for a few days, take things easy, do some shopping & go for a few drinks at night. would like to stay somewhere cheap but nice & clean. cheers
