The ATMs in Bali accept Cirrus. You cannot withdraw money from a ATM with a Visa - only a mastercard. If you want money from your visa, you have to make a cash advance from the banks. Do Canadians call all plastic cards Bankcards? - in Australia we have a plactic card called bankcard - it is not accepted in Bali. I have seen travellers in Bali looking for a branch of their countries banks. I have only seen Indonesian banks in Bali.
