your travel agent is not working hard enough for you and I would be telling them to find somewhere else for me. If they took your booking with the bounty hotel then surely it is up to them to offer you another hotel, not you to find one!!! Hope everything turns out okay for you, keep us posted, Lots of lovely hotels in Bali, I'm sure they can't all be full
