Thanks guys for all your help and info. I don't complete blame the travel agent as I know that Ansett and Grauda have been really flat out at the moment with so many people travelling, but yes I agree he could have done a better job. don't think I will be recommending him to anyone!!
We have booked with the ocean Blue club and it's actually going to be cheaper than before! Because our departure date is so soon it's just good to have something confirmed, I know that we could probably get accomodation when we get to Bali but having never been there before it's easier to do all that in advance. Maybe next time.
Anyway hopefully there wont be any other hic ups and we are both really looking forward to going. Reading all the stuff on the forum makes me want to leave now!!
