being stuffed around by ansett

Hello there forum,

I have a bit of a problem, I have jsut been told by my travel agent that we (my friend & I) can't stay at the Bounty hotel as it is booked out and that basically we can't stay anywhere. We are suspose to be leaving 31st Oct for 7 nights and our seat on the plane are currently being held and if we don't tell Ansett where we are staying by 5pm we lose our seats.

Any sugestions, I'm getting kind of sick of being stuffed around and although I am really looking firward to the trip this has put a dampener on things. Have been told we can probably stay at Ocean Blue Club. any info on it??
