I've been haunting these hallowed halls for quite some time now and have noticed that (usually) the people who get flamed are ones who post such things as, "Bali sucks, I should have gone to ______ or stayed home because on Bali the _______ wasn't to my expectations/standards. I blame Bali/the forum/the international capitalist conspiracy for my disappointment."
Many of these people deserved to be flamed and/or ignored because most of the time they only have themselves to blame. Anyway, seems like the thread has raised some well-intentioned discourse (as was the intention of my post).
