Well...After unsuccessfully organising a trip to Bali with some friends, Ive decided to go alone. Now I hear of this island next door to Bali called Lombok. Could anyone give me some info on losmen style accommodation, but not a resort (eg. a bungalow on the beach) and not too far from some decent night-life. Im not into discos, but like going to live bands. Still, a quiet spot near the beach is what Im mainly after! If its Bali or lombok, or both, Id love to hear your suggestions.
