Nearly all hotels in Bali have a nice swimming pool and garden.
If convenient location to Kuta central is your priority, choose
the Bali Garden or Sol Elite Paradiso which are both also very
reasonably priced. The Santika Beach Hotel is a nice and quiet
place but a few hundred meters further away. The Bali Padma offers
more facilities and is located in Kuta/Legian (which many guests
prefer) but you pay for it.
The current HBF rates are contracted until 1998 and we expect
a reasonable increase after that. The earlier you nplace your
reservation the better are your chances to get a good room at
the hotel of your choice.
