Hi Bruce,
all hotels listed on our BALI HOTEL BARGAIN FINDER site qualify. The all have clean, comfortable rooms with aircon and hot water. Nowadays many guests bring a laptop or at least a camcorder along -- and we have not heard about any problems, theft, etc.
