The one I used last few years was in a little Kodak stall thing, had a board out the front, had great rates and moved his stool back from the counter once he had counted the money out to us and encouraged us to count it together with each other. He was great. I know there are scammers but will read the board to check the company if I can't get down to this guy. Just thought I would make the extra effort if he worked on commission as he was really nice.
