Seeing that you are in the general area there are 2 good changers at the top of rum jungle road,actually on jl Legian, one on the right and one on the left of the junction on the far side of Jl Legian.
By memory i believe that both have a money counting machine (something the small shonky places dont have)and normally a better rate than pt centralkuta give these days.
