Quite sneaky when you think about it charging you twice, since you are only stopping in Jakarta in transit & the final destination is an international one. Passengers should only be charged the one dep tax depending on your final destination.
Anyway, not much once can do but pay, I think it is 50,000.IRP from basic research.
I might call Garuda to confirm the double dep tax payment.
