Our experience at the Mara river lodge has been very different from above. We have stayed 4 times now some visits with multiple rooms and even 3 people in a room. Each time we have had no problems. I always book on the Mara River web site and payment is on arrival. We pay a bit more and have all inclusions. We have not booked transers as we self drive when in Bali, so can not comment re this. Last year we stayed 2 nights and had breakfasts included. One evening meal in the Tsavo resturant and the other night we did the night safari which had a BBQ dinner included. So the only meals we had to pay for was lunches. All shows were included, only thing we didn't get was an elephant ride. I have noticed if you booked through some other sites the accommodation is cheaper but you don't get all of the inclusions. We love the safari park and will be back again.
