Driver did pay for parking last time, not much money from memory.
I say last time literally as we encountered the pushiest sales vendors I have experienced in Bali, (oh except for Lovina, Kuta Beach, Legian and Sanur) they would not take no for an answer and in desperation we removed them physically from the van and locked the doors.
Now Jack Reacher is modelled on me and my physique (no not Tom Cruise) the real man, but I felt out-gunned that time.
