On saturday, most of the luggage was offloaded from QZ535 because of overweight issues.
The reason given was take off from a shortened runway due to runway upgrade works.
It seems that the luggage was loaded on a flight later in the day, but probably not delivered to hotels till sunday.
It may be prudent to pack any essential medicines and a change of clothes in hand luggage if travelling from Perth on weekends and during school holidays......just in case.
