one of us has missed something and I very much doubt that they have suddenly allowed anyone to just rock up and pay to buy a visa rather than having to get it before you leave your home country.
It is not every country that gets visa free entry into Indonesia so that is one reason why there are still manned V.O.A. desks operating.
