As the owner of a business the rules state the owner can only attend a meeting and sign cheques, not actually do any work.
If you have a job in another country then you dont have to have the work permit here but MUST have the KITAS.
Wasn't it you that mentioned in another post you worked, you didn't sit around the pool.
So you are on the wrong visa, just cause it suits you doesn't mean it's right.
