They are there but you need to bargain so much. I just paid the price to get out of the airport. We were only going just outside to a small hotel and the guys were asking silly money. In the end, do you want to get to the hotel before sun-up and get some sleep or stand and
bargain. The know you want a taxi as you look tired and desperate.

Money changers there and open. I always take it with me, save doing that at midnight too.
