Will be there in early November.
Have found it better to book directly on their own website. New manager is very hands on and has improved trip adviser standings from about 120 to 45th best in about 6 months. Manager (Peter)is always keen to communicate and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
We will be arriving late in the day but he has guaranteed the room we booked for us when we arrive. Only had to provide one nights payment to secure booking.
Will provide further feedback after we get there.
