has concrete steps and easy to walk in and out, pretty cheap rates with agoda, and not that far from kuta beach club, its amongst all the shops and restaurants in jalan pantai st, back before beach road and bemo corner,just back from kuta square they have coffee making facitilies in the room, 2 free bottles of water a day, hot and cold water,free shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, plus a shower cap if needed, lol....... air conditioning, and a mini fridge, with breakfast also included, i paid $30.70 a night per room......stayed there in feb this year, and was happy with it, that have booked to retuen middle of novemeber............google it, or check on trip advisor
