I am looking for a hotel that has a pool with easy access to pool for my mum (82yrs). Mum is unable to use the ladders that most hotels seem to have now. I don't mind if steps into pool but not deep steps. Just wish they would put a hand rail beside the pool steps to make it easy for entry and exit.
Checked Kuta Beach Club where we stayed last time but its booked out as it has a ramp you can walk into pool as well as shallow steps and a rail.
