No sign of resolution as Burhan simply states that the bracelet he was supposed to shorten is the one that he was given.
It is not.
The original had 28 links and this one of much smaller and lower quality still has 28 links!
Where the gold came from to give a small blob back is anyones guess.
The switch has been proven beyond any doubt....not that there was any doubt in the first place.
I know all about Burhans reputation and that's why I went there in the first place.
The facts will be hard for some on this forum to swallow and I recognise that.
However, this was my experience and my loss and just because Burhan has a very strong following on this forum, it is no less important to state what has happened to me, in the hope that others may be very careful with their dealings in the future.
I know that other customers have discussed this issue with Burhan (he has given some very strange excuses and embellishments too) and hopefully this episode will deter him from treating anyone else the way I have been treated, at least for now.
I hope you continue to have satisfactory dealings with whatever jeweller you choose to use.
The alternative is most unpleasant I can assure you.
