Never used the other lady mentioned, but due to warnings about her on here I would be extremely careful if I were to use her.
I think it's the nature of the jewellery game where deception and dishonesty can occur relatively easily.
When traders start melting things down when not instructed to do so I would be very wary of their motives.
A few grams here and there makes a marginal business aa profitable one.
