When it comes to letting/selling properties, the term "Seminyak" seems to cover half of the southern part of Bali!
Places that are well outside of Seminyak proper (Kerobokan, Semer, Canggu, Umalas etc) are advertised as Seminyak to entice purchasers and guests.
Don't know where the one is that you are looking at, but it could in fact be in the middle of nowhere.
As land prices escalate (especially in Seminyak proper), developers are moving further afield, but still want the attraction of a Seminyak address.
