Pulau Villas? Good or bad?

Hi, looking at booking the Pulau Villas in Umulas/ Seminyak. Wondering if anyone had been there recently with kids (ours are 5 & 10)?

Looking at a map it seems miles out of Seminyak but it came up as a Seminyak villa....Is there anything much around it? Restaurants?

5th time to Bali - usually stay Kuta or Legian but wanted something really chilled out this time.
