One question, what was the original room type you booked at the Hard Rock? How did you manage the upgrade to a suite?
My family stay here at least 2 weeks of every trip & have been upgraded but not to a suite...
Have booked 14 days in a prem deluxe in a few weeks time, so interested in any upgrade tips you may have.
