reliable ATMs and Money changers

are there any reliable ATMs close to the Mandira hotel ? I'm a cba customer but it seems there are not many CBA atms nearby. Also, as I'm taking cash as well as card, any advice or experience with finding reliable money changers near the hotel ?? thanks
