Don't send the film only to Australian TV. Send it to the airline which is responsible for your flight. The airline's responsibility does not end when you deplane. It ends when you collect your luggage unless it is broken (into). May I recommend IAPA, International Airline Passengers Association, as well. Youtube is also extremely good.
The only problem is that next time you arrive in Indonesia you will be arrested for defamation, having given Bali and Indonesia a bad name. Interpol may get involved, too, to have you extradited. Remember the Dutch guy who reported on Youtube about his events at the airport and with the money changers?
