Plenty close by from Jl Padma

Warung Yogya if you turn left into Jl Padma Utara, RHS just past Garden View
Legian Snacks is also Jl Padma Utara, RHS before Garden View
Wr Bu Darsana is on Jl Legian. If you turn right from Jl Padma it's about the 2nd shop along, LHS. You'll get a fantastic nasi campur for Rp15k
If you go along Jl Padma and cross over Jl Legian into Jl Padma Timur there's quite a few warungs only a little way along. Wr Agus is Balinese owned and style. The others are from various other parts of Indo - all good.
In Garlic Lane there is a padang food stall. From Jl Padma it's LHS around halfway down.
Also in Garlic lane, on the RHS next to Legends there's a big alcove of shops and down the back is a place with very good nasi campur.

They would all be within about 5-10 min walk of Mandira.

There is also a great satay stand further up along Jl Legian. RHS almost opposite Three Brothers lane (has a purple shop on the corner). They do goat or chicken satay for around Rp20K
