THE BEACH IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AT THE MOMENT - If you dont swim within the flags you may DIE !! There is numerous rips all along the beach and rescues are now a daily occurence.
6 teenagers were rescured yesterday in Legian- Every day STUPID people swim right beside the DANGER FLAGS !! We watched while a lifeguard spend 20 minutes trying to save a dumb arse tourist- they were only 100m from the shore !! .. the rip was that bad the lifeguard couldnt get him and the swimmer back in.. got seperated from the rescue board- and on it went-
SO SWIM BETWEEN THE FLAGS or risk drowning !! End of story -
