Does your religious or political views have an impact on which hotels you stay in? No... then more than likely being Muslim will have no impact on where they will stay either.
You could find the Indonesia tourists in any hotel - the pullman probably being very popular. But at this time of the year the hotel will be pretty full - Ramadan or not. So the pool would be busy no matter what.
In fact... If it's a sun lounger you are after a hotel full of Indonesian's is probably your best bet given that a lot of Indonesian's prefer paler skin and do all they can to avoid getting darker.
