August is the quiet time for Bali. Lots from Java etc but few from Aust' and Europe.
They go to their restaurants and most of the other western type restaurants are quiet. Yes some of the roads are congested late in the afternoon but July school holidays are worse.
Been there the last 2 years in August. The weather is the best with a slight breeze every day. we never really noticed any change except a few more from Java etc. shopping, no real change
