Easy to bribe the check in bloke with a few 100 Rp rather than pay exorbitant excess baggage charges. in 2012 a group of 4 combined was 74kg over, $AUD50 bribe, no worries!
I no longer do this as I am so over the corruption, I no longer want to perpetuate the practice...
