I weigh 70kgs and the guy next to me weighs 130. Where is that extra 60kg calculated ? Should he pay excess baggage? Passengers are not weighed so the MTOW is calculated on board via sensors which take into account everything on board. The on board computer the calculates V1 V2 and rotate speeds taking into account all variables including temp and air pressure.
