have you tried the escalation desk to talk to someone senior and really insisted that this is sort of service should not occur and that as they caused the problem they should fix it .Be prepared to stay on phone for as long as it takes and simply refuse to be fobbed off I used this tactit few weeks ago over another issue over a sale i was told was going to happen that didnt happen .Ipayed $900 afer sale didnt occur then sale did happen and i did the above and they credited me 900 then rebooked at $700 Credit took long time to come through so i pushed my luck ,complained about that and got $50 voucher ,but be prepared REALLY DIG YOUR HEELS IN bit of a tip while you are complaining you will asked to be on hold ,the longer the duration you are on hold means you are winning as they are asking advice from supervisors .When you think you are not getting anywhere ,all of a sudden they do the right thing .Try to appear VERY DISTRAUGHT MAYBE FEW TEARS BUT NOT ABUSIVE OK
