Hi everyone, just letting people know and giving people a heads up. Booked a flight leaving Perth for 7.15am back in Sept. Get a call/email in March saying flight is cancelled and to change onto 3.40am flight. (not happy!!!). Return flight also changed but thats another story!! They finally agree to put me on onto a flight departing at 1.30 pm. Went on to check today that that flight was still on and truth be told the 7.30 am flight is back on. Wasn't happy. Called Jetstar and told me not available....ahh what why is it on your website?? After prodding she says it is but no seats left. Went through booking process except paying and it let me. She then says oh I see it now but you can't change. Not happy Jan. Just a warning for others thinking of flying them. Be prepared to be messed around. And make matters worse am now getting the run around with their customer service centre.
Anyone else had issues and how did you sort it out? TIA
