It always amazes me when shopping at fixed price shops such as Ketuts or Tootsies so see the traders either side sitting most of the day waiting for a customer. They must see the steady stream of customers coming out of the fixed price shop with bags of clothing. It would stand to reason that they might think "I will try that as well" and offer a reasonable price but they don't. I have checked prices at stalls next to the above two shops and the price offered was nothing more than a joke, and like so many others I just walked away.
