The fridge is stocked when you get there like most decent hotels. If you want it emptied then you can request this to be done and the charge was Rp 35,000 when I stayed there in January. You can of course do what most people have done for years, pull the stuff out yourself and then re stock with cheaper items from the supermarket and put it all back before you check out.. For the sake of AUD$3.00 I chose for the hotel to empty it rather than have it clutter up what little bench space there is for your jug and morning cuppa. - I never consume the stuff in mini bar anyway because I am guessing it has been in and out the fridge more times than the kids at home.
