Fridges in rooms at Dynasty question

I have heard some strange comments about wether or not you can put your own stuff in the rooms fridges at the Dynasty. Can some one who has stayed there recently confirm this as I have heard fees charged to have the fridge unlocked? or fees to have mini bar removed?
